Loyalty Program: Diva Xpress Cleaning Rewards

Terms and Conditions:

Enrollment: The loyalty program “Diva Xpress Cleaning Rewards” is open to all customers aged 18 years or above who have availed of cleaning services from our company.

Membership: Customers can enroll in the loyalty program through our website or by contacting our customer service team. Membership is free of charge.

Earning Points:

Customers will earn 1 point for every $1 spent on cleaning services.
Points will be credited to the member's account after the completion of each eligible service.
Points cannot be earned on canceled or refunded services.

Redeeming Points:

Points can be redeemed for discounts on future cleaning services in a maximum of 1,000 points.

  • Customers can start redeeming points once they have accumulated a minimum of 100 points.

  • 100 points are equivalent to a $5 discount on the next service.

  • Points can only be redeemed in increments of 100 (e.g., 100, 200, 300, and so on).

  • Point Expiry: Points will have a validity of 12 months from the date of earning. Expired points will automatically be deducted from the member's account.

Combining Offers: Points cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts unless specified otherwise.

Transferable Terms: Points are transferable to family and friends who are new clients and have not received Cleaning Services of Diva Xpress Cleaning Services.

Fraudulent Activities: Any fraudulent activities related to the accumulation or redemption of points will result in the immediate termination of the member's loyalty program account.

Program Modifications: The cleaning service company reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time with or without prior notice. However, all accrued points will be valid until their respective expiration dates.

Communication: By enrolling in the loyalty program, members agree to receive communications related to the program, including updates, promotional offers, and other relevant information.

Privacy Policy: The company will handle all customer data and information in accordance with its privacy policy.

Disputes: In case of any disputes or discrepancies, the company's decision will be final and binding.

How to Apply Points:

When booking a new cleaning service, the member can choose to apply their available points at the time of booking.

The discount equivalent to the redeemed points will be deducted from the total cost of the service.

If the points' value exceeds the service cost, the remaining points will remain in the member's account for future use until they expire.

Points cannot be applied to past transactions or be transferred to another customer.
