Purpose of the Cleaning Kit Purchase: The Diva Luxe Power Cleaning Kit is a one-time investment designed to provide professional-grade tools tailored to maintain a spotless home. By purchasing this kit, clients secure access to reduced cleaning rates, ensuring consistent and high-quality results while avoiding rising service costs. The Diva Luxe Power Cleaning Kit remains in the client’s home to support our trusted Cleaning Assistants at Diva Xpress Cleaning Services. This ensures the consistent delivery of exceptional results that reflect the high standards of Diva Xpress Cleaning Services. Rescheduling Terms Notice Period: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning may incur a $25 rescheduling fee. How to Reschedule: Rescheduling requests can be made via email, text, or through our online portal. Limitations: Rescheduling is subject to availability within the bi-weekly or monthly cleaning cycle. Cancellation Terms: Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel a scheduled cleaning without penalty. Cancellations made within 72 hours will result in a $50 late cancellation fee. Subscription Cancellation: The monthly subscription for cleaning supplies requires a 30-day written notice to cancel. If the client cancels the monthly subscription, they forfeit the reduced cleaning rate. The cleaning price per cleaning will revert to the new inflation-adjusted rate of $375 per cleaning. Bundle Cancellations: Cleaning bundles (3, 6, or 9 cleanings) are non-refundable once purchased. Any unused sessions can be redeemed within the original service timeline.
