Bug and Rodent Policy
At Diva Xpress Cleaning Services we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional cleaning services while ensuring their health and safety. To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, we have established the following Bug and Rodent Policy:
If evidence of bug or rodent infestation during a cleaning appointment, we reserve the right to immediately terminate our services at the affected premises. This decision is made in the interest of protecting our staff and preventing the spread of pests to other locations.
We strongly recommend that clients seek professional extermination services to address any bug or rodent infestations detected on their premises. Household extermination methods may not be sufficient to effectively eliminate pests and could pose health risks to occupants.
In the event of service termination due to bug or rodent infestation, no refunds will be issued for the incomplete cleaning session. This policy reflects our commitment to prioritizing the safety and well-being of our staff and maintaining the integrity of our services.
Clients who wish to rebook our cleaning services following termination due to pest infestation must pay the full cost of the service as a new booking.
This policy ensures that our technicians can safely and effectively complete the cleaning without the risk of encountering pests.
We encourage clients to communicate openly with us regarding any pest-related concerns or observations in their premises.
Our team is available to provide guidance and support in addressing pest issues and scheduling follow-up cleaning appointments. By adhering to this Bug and Rodent Policy, Diva Xpress Cleaning Services aims to uphold our commitment to providing safe, reliable, and effective cleaning services to our valued clients.
Cancellation policy
At Diva Xpress Cleaning Services, we understand that scheduling changes may occasionally be necessary. To ensure smooth operations and fair compensation for our staff, we have established the following cancellation policy for deep cleaning appointments:
Any cancellation made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled deep cleaning appointment will incur no penalty.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled deep cleaning appointment will result in a 30% cancellation fee.
This fee is intended to compensate our staff for the inconvenience caused by the scheduling change and to cover any lost opportunities to book other appointments.
Clients must notify us of any cancellations by contacting our customer service team via phone or email.
Cancellations made outside of our business hours will be considered effective on the next business day.
In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances beyond the client's control, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
Clients who wish to reschedule their deep cleaning appointment instead of canceling may do so without incurring any additional fees, provided the new appointment date is available.
By adhering to this cancellation policy, Diva Xpress Cleaning Services aims to maintain fair and consistent practices while accommodating our clients' needs to the best of our ability.
A 15% cancellation fee will be applied to recurring cleanings cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning date.
Terms & Agreements
Your Confidence is Important to us!
Diva Xpress Cleaning reserves the Right to refuse or terminate services if in the event safety and values are threatened or undermined. In this case services will be terminate as No refund / credit for future services will be honored.
Diva Xpress Cleaning is not responsible for the safety or any injury caused to pets. Please secure, monitor your pet from free roaming while Cleaning Services are being provide. Although we love your pets, safety is our first priority.
Please extend courtesy when considering to cancel your scheduled cleanings. A client with excessive No call / No shows are may face possible termination of any future services. No refunds will be issued.
Unless otherwise noted, cancellations are respectfully honored with 24 hour notice. Please be sure to receive confirmation regarding your cancellation.
Although it is our goal to make accommodations. Last minute changes and add ons that interfere with timelessness of serving other clients will incur a $50 fee.
Efficient cleaning requires planning, to ensure we are prepared with sufficient availability, and necessary products / tools please plan ahead.
If in the event necessary cleaning equipment are not handy / available on demand, additional booking for that specific service request will be required.
For example; requesting Steam Cleaning, Floor Deep Cleaning on the day of the cleaning at the last minute when those services were not planned as part of the cleaning.
Diva Xpress Cleaning reserves the right to photograph. These contents may be used for the purpose of insurance protection and / or showcasing project portfolio to potential clients. However we do respect your privacy, please inform your Cleaning Specialist of your preference.
Deep Clean Diva is committed to providing High Quality Deep Cleaning therefore to uphold our quality standard deep cleanings are charged according to project. Any area that is cleaned will be cleaned to its entirety.
Itemizations are not offered at this time.
Example: bathtub is part of bathroom therefore it is not possible to
remove bathtub off the cost of project. Refrigerator is part of the kitchen, it is not possible to remove refrigerator off the cost of project, etc.
As your Cleaning Specialist, your satisfaction is my ultimate goal. However it is understood clients may have specific cleaning preferences. While reasonable accommodations are considered please consider your Cleaning Specialist is a Professional Cleaner and will always recommend what is healthy and safe for both parties.
If in the event undermining of professional expertise occurs repeatedly a penalty will be added to invoice and may lead to termination of future agreements.
No refunds will be honored.
Please keep in mind the culprit to dirt, dust and grime is time. Therefore it also takes time to clean.
Deep Cleaning Services requires a minimum of 6 hours depending on the condition & the project size. If you are requiring services for a deadline or special event, please alert us and be sure to schedule accordingly.
Although Diva Xpress Cleaning Specialize in Deep Cleanings there are some conditions that are beyond cleaning and may benefit more from service providers who can replace, repair or restore.
Due to long terms build up there are some conditions that are beyond what cleaning can offer and may benefit from restoration, repair or renew.
Clean means Clean. Clean is not always perfect.
Please be sure that our cleaning styles are a good fit for you.
If in the unlikely event your expectations are not met you may find rest in our 24 hour Quality Assurance, a reassessment cleaning will be scheduled to address & resolve your concerns.
50% deposit is required to confirm cleaning services. All payments are due upon arrival prior to services being provided.
In the unlikely event if you are not satisfied, you may find rest in our 24 Hour Quality Assurance. We will schedule a reassessment cleaning to resolved your concerns.
Upon confirmation of booking, acknowledgment and agreement to Service policy has been rendered.
