Booking Period: The offer is valid for new clients who book their first cleaning service within the specified promotional period. The promotional period will be clearly communicated through our website, social media, or marketing materials.

Service Completion: To be eligible for the rebate, the new client must complete the scheduled cleaning service in its entirety.

Google Review: After the service is completed, the new client is required to leave a honest and genuine review on our Google My Business page. The review must reflect the client's actual experience with our cleaning service.

Rebate Amount: The rebate amount and details will be clearly mentioned in the promotional materials during the offer period. The rebate will be applied as a credit to the client's original payment method.

Review Verification: The review left by the new client will be verified by our team for authenticity and compliance with Google's review policies.

Rebate Application: Once the honest review is verified and approved, the rebate will be applied within 14 business days.

One-time Offer: The "Honest Feedback Rebate" offer is a one-time promotion and can only be availed by new clients on their first cleaning service.

Non-Transferable: The rebate is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.

Refund Policy: If a new client requests a refund for the initial service or cancels the service before completion, they will no longer be eligible for the rebate.

Promotion Modifications: The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the "Honest Feedback Rebate" offer at any time with or without prior notice.

Dispute Resolution: In case of any disputes or discrepancies related to the offer, the company's decision will be final and binding.

Additional Policies:

The new client must comply with all our standard terms and conditions, including cancellation policies, liability waivers, and any other policies in effect at the time of booking.

Privacy: By participating in this offer, the new client agrees to allow the company to use their first name and initial of their last name (e.g., John D.) in promotional materials related to the offer.
